how can I fix my dsc-w50/?

when i turn on the camera I get a black screen with 'access"then says (while beeping)Turn the power off and on again with the E:91:01 blinking.It won't take picture and the zoom won't physically move.I can look at all my previous pic and zoom those.....but I can't take anymore:-(

bang the edge of it lightly on the table, and try again. Do this again and again a little harder till it works.... seems to fix it 80 % of the time
