can i fix my britony 11T water heater?

I have a britony 11 t water heater/boiler the pilot is a light, but when you turn on the hot water it does not fire up so no hot water

how do I take the cover off the unit. I removed the screws but it still does not come apart. I have no instruction manual. I would welcome any suggestions

SOUNDS LIKE THE DIAPHRAM HAS GONE ON IT...
YA SHOULD B ABLE TO PICK UP THE PART IN A PLUMBING SHOP.. THINK ALL YA DO IS TAKE OFF 6 BOLTS AND REPLACE THE DIAPHRAM...
I'M NOT A PLUMBER... JUST HAVE A BRITTONY 11 A AND HAD THE SAME PROB MANY TIMES!
