WATER WILL NOT DRAIN FROM MY HOOVER AS130 QUATTRO WASHING MACHINE?

THE WATER WILL NOT DRAIN FROM MY AS130 AND A CLICKING SOUND IS HEARD WHEN THEN WATER SHOULD BE DRAINING. IS IT THE WATER PUMP? HOW CAN I CHECK AND HOW EASY/DIFFICULT IS IT TO FIX?

Sorry, it should have read "pump is attached to the base by two screws" not the hose.

It sounds like there is something in your pump stopping it working properly. You need to take the pump off and look inside. First unplug the machine from the mains. To remove any water from the machine, lower the drain hose and the water should run out by gravity. The hose is mounted on the base of the machine and held on by two screws. Follow the grey drain hose and you will find it. Tip the machine over on its side (dispenser drawer nearest the floor) take the pump off, detach hoses and look inside. Remove obstruction. Good luck!
