The television has what they call a function called perfect focusing where the tv tunes the colours now the tele does the red ok,then the yellow ok but when it gets to the blue the box is all wonky therefore it wont converge, rang samsung and got told nothing we can do ?
rang a company that samsung reccommends to repair and they said they wanted 380 pounds just to come and pick it up
so i rang samsung back and said can you tell me what part could be wrong answer ring the repairers
wont tell me - great customer support seen as though i spent over a grand on this product 14 months ago
anyway to cut a long story short have had to pay 189 to a company that will repair and give me a full warranty for the next 13 months
samsung are you watching-----you should have fixed for free
considering a television should last more than 14 months
when they sell for £1699

You will need to adjust the colour convergence.
Very often drifts, especially is the TV has been moved.
Basic convergence can be usually be reset by the consumer and is quite straightforward.
There should be instruction for this in your user manual.
