The bolier starts up and the fan hunts but then it immediately clicks itself back off, no pilot lit, does not fire up.

Hi,

This would be a fault on the PCB inside of the boiler. We had ours replaced and within DAYS of it being replaced, it blew the board again on the 29th Aug.

You will need to replace the PCB inside of the boiler and have it done by a Corgi Regsitered Engineer.
