The box says its vista compatible, the manual doesn't mention it. I'm having trouble too

I have exactly the same problem..mine won't do it either..argos have falsely advertised!

Does the box and/or the Mikomi software say it is Vista compatible? If it doesn't it probably isn't and therefore you should return it to Argos. If a piece of hardware does not have specific Vista drivers it normally will not work.
