hi, my front loader drains non stop, no matter what cycle i try to use. the drain hose is in the correct position, so i have no idea what is wrong. it is a samsung

hi, thanks "prem mathew", the drain pipe is above the height of the machine and has been operating without error in this position for 18 months (life of machine)... any ideas?

You dont say what the correct position is. Is the rear drain pipe about 3 feet approx up? Your machine pumps the water OVER this height after it finishes certain jobs. If your drain pipe is at floor level, your water from the machine just flows out into the drain.
