i turned on my mp3 player and as normal it came up saying acoustic solutions and then froze is there any way to unfreeze the screen

I have the same problem.

It seems that Acoustic do not support it as it is exclusive to Argos. Argos have a technicasl helpline, but they need model and receipt number (which I no longer have). Argos have told me that there is no technical support on the product, but will refund it at their current price of £14.99.

If you have you receipt number the support number I was given was 0845 1204364. If you are successful maybe you would drop me an email with the solution at ian@thesutherlands.com
