I have a Creative Zen Xtra 60GB player. I dropped it and now it won't play?

Does anyone know if I'm able to and how to recover the contents on the player? If the player is not able to be fixed I want to transfer the music to another device. It was not saved to my computer.

This happened to me too and when I found this answer I almost passed out b/c it worked. Turn it on to when the EAX menu comes on. I think I had to take the battery out and put it back in. As the EAX screen comes on smack (and I mean SMACK) the upper right hand corner above the menu button and you should hear the hard drive grind on and it should play fine. Good luck.
