How can I fix my Protherm 80E boiler?

The boiler is currently showing F1, and losing pressure after heating switches off - despite numerous plumbers looking at it, it still remains - after speaking to technical helpline, they advised it could be sensor electrode - has anybody had similar problems, and does this rectify the fault.

F1 no flame detected: Boiler will go to this code if it fails to fire after a short peroid of time.If low pressure most combi's won't fire. Check for leaks . Main cause is a slow dripping discharge pipe.Would need if this is the case a new blow off valve.Other main cause of 80E failures are flue pipes that have come apart.you would need to take boiler apart to check this.NOT recommended to anyone other than corgi reg fitters.I have fitted and repaired 100's of these.
