This may help. Go to the TCP/IP settings of the network adapter card of your PC and change the DNS settings to User these DNS Servers 208.67.220.3220 208.67.222.222

BTW people need a whole lot more that what router and PC you have for networking problems. Second BT have a lot of help on www.btyahoo.co.uk.
