Why wont my Indesit econsense fill up using hot water?

My Indesit ecosense washing machine has LED's on the front which indicates what the machine is doing. The "Hot water" fill LED is not coming on and neither is the "Heating water". The machine carries on but with a Cold wash. Any ideas as to
what the problem is?
