Vokera Compact : bar pressure down how do I get it up?

Gas was turned off, not got ant hot water and I have tried resetting many times. Tried cooking something in the oven (it was on full) after an hour not cooked. Noticed the bar pressure was down, could you tell me how to raise it up?

bar pressure refers to the central heating water pressure. there is a valve on the inlet water pipe, turn this on until the gauge reads correctly then turn off.

sorted that out but now am not getting any hot water and the cooker flame is low even when cooker is on full what do I need to cos my landlord still not got back in touch to say he's getting a plumber in
