I had the same prob m8,tops up after a few weeks of finding out what is wrong i found out its the 2 defrost sensors. the Repair man was kind enough to tell me he repairs at least 2 of these units a day, all the same probs. the parts came to £80. hope this helps.

Try defrosting the FREEZER for 48 hours as ice will block the cold air from freezer to fridge. The fridge is chilled from freezer on this type of fridge. Seems to be a common complaint for this model.
If that fails might be the fan but you should get some expert advice if defrost dont work.
