Error Message at Start Up on my PC (Windows XP Home Edition)?

The following message appears on my main screen at start up, can anyone advise me how to rectify this problem?
I've tried numerous sites for a dll download, but cannot obtain the one specified in this error message, which is as follows:

Error loading C:/WINDOWS/system32/xutyhifu.dll

if you have the oos cd put it in the cd drive , in run box type sfc /scannow . this will replace all the damaged and lost system files .it will take some time be cool
