can my TV be fixed?

My tv was losing the picture intermittantly and now it lost all power too. Can this be easily fixed?

About the no picture, this could be shot tube or video circuit is
faulty..

About the no power. If you turn the tv on and nothing happens then your power supply is shot.

Have there been any storms in your area lately ?
How old is the tv ?

Keep in mine, I'm not a tv technician..
If you're not a tech of some sort my advise is if the tv is more than 5 years old. Junk it as new ones getting cheaper all the time.. If it's still fairly new, take it to a qualified repair person.

TV's and Computer monitors you can easily electrocute yourself !
