Ariston Combi - Max pressure exceeded and now leaking water?

I topped up my Ariston Combi boiler's pressure this morning as it was almost 1 bar but in doing so I must have inadvertantly not shut the valve off properly. I now have a leak under the boiler and the pressure was up to around 3.5bar. I've made sure the valve is shut now and the pressure is coming down nicely !

Will the boiler work correctly or will there be some internal seals that need fixing ?

Thanks for your help

i think the pressure releif valve will need replacing

you will need to check that the pressure relief valve is now not letting by(the 15mm pipe that discharges outside)
