I have a Grundig 2.81 Digibox with a low battery symbol?

I have a Grundig 2.81 Digibox and a low battery symbol has appeared on the channel & programme bar. Is this something that can be replaced easily or does it mean that the digibox is likely to stop working ?

I didn't know that Grundig STBs had batteries. Are you sure that it isn't telling you to replace the batteries in your handset?
