when i light my back boiler and put my water or heating system on within 2mins my boiler and my thermocouple go,s out anyone no why

What back boiler do you have? Some have an atmospheric sensor fitted so if the flue is blocked or not pulling then the interupter will nock out the pilot. Also if you pump is siezed and the boiler over heats this also can nock out the thermocouple.

You should call a CORGI registered installer to look at this problem for you.
