when I turn the tap on the gas does not come on but the water is being pumed through and the same thing happens when I turn the heating on. The gas does not fire up.
check to see if the fan is running if it is check the air pressure switch i presume that the red lockout light does not appear and there is no spark but if it does it may be that you have a faulty gas valve i would need more info if you have it
