We have two brazilias, one of them has never worked properly, - constantly going out, sometimes within minutes, sometimes hours. The engineers have been out numerous times, gas pressure tested, -just about every part has been replaced- and its still useless - given up with the engineers as someone has got to stay in and wait. One clue that surely must mean something to somebody in the know, is that the flame once lit seems to go out slowly from right to left, removing heat from the thermocouple and subsequently going out. Maybe yours does the same?Lo and behold - our other Brazilia has started doing the same after being Ok for over a year. Dont think I would buy another Baxi!

I'm not an expert, but it sounds like your thermocouple needs cleaning or replacing.
You should also be able to measure & check what voltage the thermocouple is outputting.
