buzzing light switch?

I have a light switch that sometimes makes a buzzing sound when switched on. Took it apart and made sure all connections were tight but it still buzzes. any ideas for reason...

If all the wiring terminals are tight, then it sounds to me that the contactor inside the switch is faulty.

I would replace the switch as it will eventually burn out or worse catch fire.
