why is my central heating on constantly when timer off?

My radiators come on when the hot water timer comes on although the heating timer is off. All the radiators get very hot and stay hot all the time the water timer is on. I have a new condenser boiler and timer switch (1 year old). It all worked fine until I used the central heating for the first time this year, now when the timers on for water, i cant get the radiators off!!

I've been told it could be the middle valve sticking thats causing the problem! Got someone coming out tomorrow to look at it so i'll keep you posted.

I have had this this problem with central heating too. When I switch on the hot water tap I get hot water at the tap in around 40 seconds but also can hear my radiators clicking away as they heat up. Not sure if more gas is being used or whether I get getting a two in one here. I've bled the radiators of any air and will monitor the situation.
