how can i fix my Panafax UF-590?

It is showing a paper jam 001 i have cleared the paper, removed the jam, taken out paper tray, opened ADF door, opened printer cover taken out and put back in removed leads from the back and re-connected and it is showing a paper jam 001 it is still sending faxes though

how to set the default fax setups

setups has been changed . how to reset default setups .

had to unscrew the side cover (right) and there is a gear next to an electro magnetic switch. The gear has a sort of spring loaded drum attached to it and the spring was buckled. Opened it up, unbuckled it and all was OK again. probably needs replacing so will see how long it lasts. mine is also UF-590.
