Where can I find a sound driver for an ADVENT 7081 laptop?

I have reinstalled windows XP home and now the laptop has no sound output. I need to download and install a new sound driver but do not know where to find one. The Advent website is non-responsive.

i dont have sound on my laptop

Hi guys, Tried installing the driver .exe file from the realtek website ( realtek ac97 soundcard in use) - with no effect apparent after installation and reboot. When i navigate to drivers within device manager it displays "this driver is enabled but not funtioning properly" hmmmk, any ideas?

Didn't know that they was an Advent site as Advent is a DSG Own Brand. Try DSG's Technical Support website www.techguys.co.uk/
