How can I fix my Washing Machine, Bosch, WFL2000 SG/04?

I have a Bosch Washing Machine model WFL 2000 SG/04. While washing, the machine vibrates and shakes very badly. Found the source of the problem to be the ant-vibration shock absorbers. I have bought the absorbers but after opening the machine, found that the absorbers is attached to the outer drum.
Can you advise which is the best and simplest way to replace the shock absorbers without stripping the outer drum.

This won't help you remove shocks from drum.
Remove door, door seal ring and then front of machine. Then you will need a 13mm drill bit to drill half way through the middle of plastic pin that hold shock onto drum, then tap the rest of pin through the back.
I now hope you got the shocks with bolts and washers as the rest is easy. I've done a few, half hour job.

Disconnect from services and lay the machine on it's side, throght the bottom change the top one. When done turn over to the other side and change the top one again.
This way you take the weight off the top one so it's easy to change.Good Luck
