how can i fix my keston boiler model c36combi?

The hot water keeps going off every time we go to our boiler e03 flashes on the panel i assume this is an error we then press the reset button and the hot water starts back up . what is happening its a brand new boiler less than 6 months?

E03 - boiler overheat - could be caused by lack of bypass valve or faulty pump. I'm not an expert, I've just been reading the installation manual on-line as I'm wondering if these are reliable enough to buy one.
