Hello
Please can you help. I think there is no pilot light, when I turn it on there are a row of LEDs which go Boiler On, Fan On, Pilot On, Burner On. The first three light up, but Burner On does not. I cant see a pilot light through the glass window - result is no heating !
The house is on the market, and I dont want to hand it over broken or be responsible for frozen people viewing the house (not good for sales)
Please can you advise me what to do
I tried to find a plumber but I am a bit out of the way

A common fault on a Baxi Solo 2 is a blocked pilot injector, it usually just needs removing and cleaning up.

unfortunatley you will need a corgi registered engineer to do it for you. Its not a hard fault to fix though so they shouldnt have too much work to do.
