How can i fix a frozen creative zen micro?

my creative zen micro froze after coming to the creative screen and i can't get it to turn off. I've tried taking out the battery and nothing is working. Whats wrong and how do i get it to work?

mine just stays frozen even wheni turn it on it goes frozen and when i charge it.

Mine has done the same. It still plays music but the screen has gone, can anyone help?
