Hi
Before anything else - clean the waste filter.....but empty the machine of water by getting the waste water pipe near ground level into a bucket etc first or if the machine is accessible tilt it backwards if the filter is at the bottom of the machine - clean it - put it back put the mchine back in it's place and try the machine again. From experience the filter causes most problems for a machine not emptying
