sometimes my washer doesn't agitate, it will rinse and spin?

my washer stopped agitateing (for a couple of days), it will spin and rinse and now it's working again, whats up?

Hi,

Under the agitator there are four agitator dogs that wear out causing the problem that you stated: interment agitating. You have to take off the agitator to find them and see if their worn.
