i have pressed av ond gone through the menu down to dvb chose that and it came on but with no picture? my ariel was plugged in but still no picture? i know it is not my ariel as when i plug that into a seperate freeview box i get a picture so what else could it be???????

I have just read you post several times and still don't really understand what your problem is or what box that you are having the problem with - because you don't really say.
