I put in a load of clothes and started the washing machine as I always do on regular load. Out of nowhere I hear this awful buzzing sound, and spin cycle just quit working. Wash cycle works but no spin cycle. Unplugged washer and opened the door and removed all the clothes and tried again same thing. Now there is no buzzing sound and still no spin cycle. Water is still left in my washer. Do not understand what went wrong. I've only had this machine 5 months. Please help. By the way this is a GE® 3.5 Cu. Ft. King-size Capacity Frontload Washer with Stainless Steel Basket
