When I turn on my zenv 1gb(512mb) mp3 player it starts to rebuild the library then it go's to microphone and freezes. I cant turn it off. I have to wait for the battery to die. It does the same thing when you plug it in to a computer.
My 5gb kept doing that, you need to take out the battery, keep hold of the power button while you put the battery back in, when it powers up it will come up with a menu, but you will have to format the player, its the only way...
