diplomat dishwasher not working?

We have inherited a diplomat dishwasher with no manual. It is brand new and unused but does not seem to work when we press the button. It whirs as if it's about to start then beeps until the door is opened.

I have a diplomat adp8322 and have same problem. Cycle stops on rinse and lights flashes 4 times!

Lights usually flash in a sequence which will tell you via the codes what the fault may be.
If you email the model to spimps@jubii.co.uk I'll see if I have the manual.
