these are tricky gits ! if it won't start the cycle after initiating it's likely the internal diagnostic is encountering a fault and terminating the cycle, the only way to know for sure is to enter the diagnostic and get a fault code. turn the machine off, hold the start and pause buttons down and while holding them down turn the machine on after about 10 secs the machine should bleep to confirm you've entered the diagnostic mode. Release the buttons and press the fabrics option button repeated ly until the second last ligh on the panel is lit the dispaly should now show a fault code, let me know what the code is and I'll look it up. most common is the electronic pressure swith at the start but it really could be anything.
