how can I fix my worcester 24i rsf combi?

A fuse blew in the boiler. We changed this and the indicator light came on but when we turn the water or central heating on the fuse blows again.

obviously you have a short on the electrics and I would not recomend that you do anything if you are not familiar with electrical testing
