How can I get channels back on Panasonic freeview box?

When ITV2 + 1 was introduced ITV2 and ITV3 vanished from Panasonic freeview box (- comes up "no information available") Have tried re scanning in usual way but won't come back. Any ideas?

Freeview boxes are not satellite boxes . However if you really have a Freeview box, there have been several renumbering of channels recently. I suggest you do a complete reinstall of your your channels.
