How can I fix bleach spots on my laminate flooring?

I got a few drops of toilet bowl cleaner on my cherry laminate flooring - it was left unnoticed for about an hour and left small bleached out stains on the floor - I have tried putting cherry minwax stain on the spots - but it will not penetrate the flooring. Any ideas on how to repair this without actually having to replace the floor??
