i have a Vokera - linea 24 boiler and when i turn the hot tap i get hot water which then goes cold and then back to hot again and so on, although the heating side is working fine, well at least i think it is???

Had the same problem,it will be the motor-diverter valve.Part no:2905 £25.69 from keeptheheaton.com.Its quite simple to replace.A quick fix is to take the faulty valve apart and you will find rust on the spring stopping it fully extending.Only do this if confident.
