Please help me fix my Diplomat dishwasher :(?

I have a diplomat HJA8630 dishwasher and when I try to use it it kinda makes these "I'm working" noises at first, but then it stops and beeps. I have tried all sorts of things to see if I can get it to work but it doesn't :( please help!
