where are the brushes on a candy icl 100?

candy machine has stopped spinning assuming it is the brushes bought a new set but can,t find where they go in the machine.the model of the machine is candy icl100t.This is a fully intregrated machine.Can anyone help.Thanks

the brushes fit inside the motor that spins the drum. Look at the rear of the drum unit and look for the belt that goes from the drum pulley to the motor spindle. When you find the motor you will see that you have one of two choices. You might have the plug in type that you have to release a locking tab and wire before you take the old one out or you might have the bolt on type that you would take off the side of the motor and bolt the new ones inplace.

remember to obviously unplug your appliance when working on it.
