Fix Fault Kohlangaz

I need a manual with coal layout plan for my open front hearth type Kohlangaz KSN Gas Fire installed around 1993.

I have a Kohlangaz Kamina gas fire which was in the property when I moved in, but no manual. I need a coal layout diagram, so if anyone can help me with this, it would be appreciated. Thanks

Kohlangaz fire-where the gas pipe runs round the inside of the metal base unit, should the gas pipe be covered in sand up to the top of the base unit?
