Fix Fault Dodge Neon

Why is my dodge neon smoking threw the vent.

after I pulled out and drove 3 or 4 car legenths my car made a clunking noise and stopped in it's tracks the rear passenger wheel locked up. also clunking noises after I stop than drive again

Dodge neon 2002 se,the battery turns on etc but no engine on, i just hear a clicking noise is this the S,M or something different?

Speedometer will only work sometimes. It is a 2000 Dodge Neon. Somtimes it jumps around.
