Fix Fault Alessi

When the kettle is switched on the red piolot light is illuminated but the water is not heating. How can it be repaired

The "Arm" that does up and down and holds the toast fell out when the toaster was turned upside down. I cannot figure out how to reinstall it.

is it possible to dismantle without special tools?

My Alessi toaster is four years ols and suddenly 'blew' the mains circuit breaker. Another attempt to switch it on blew the circuit breaker again.

the on/off switch will not stay down and therefore will not boil - help please

Unable to switch on kettle - mechanisim seems to work but no lights or heat. Element seems ok (tested resistance) but wont switch on.
