Fix Fault Goodmans

The sound control button its either too low or too loud button dosnt adjust sound properly

how do I turn on the radio on a goodmans GPS222MP3 radio/cassette/mp3 player

I have a Goodmans Radio, Cassette and CD player, model GPS 160R the cassette tape transport mechanism does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
