Fix Fault Matsui

Zapper will turn on, eject but will not set clock or play or ffwd or fretn. Tv signal is ok through the vcr. The buttons on the vcr will only eject but not fwd or retn. What do I do now please?

We bought a second hand matsui vx 1108 recorder but can't reset the password as we do not know what that is? How can we reset this so that it can be used please?

my matsui vcr will not accept cassette how can I fix it. Lights flashing etc but cassette only goes in2/3 way
