Fix Fault Zanussi

My zanussi microwave model ZNF31X keeps cutting out. The digital display goes out as if no power, then after an unknown period of time springs back into life. Timer has to be reset to resume cooking.

I have a zanussi microwave combi oven ref ZKC44500XA which has gone into safe mode. How do i reset this?
