I bought an mp4 player off ebay and it works ok, but won't play video. It has one preloaded video that plays, but it won't play any that I've downloaded to it. I know that they are there, because I tried to download them again and it says that they are already on the player. Please help me, this is a christmas present for my daugher!!

I believe the file has to converted to the same size at the screen. Youll need to use a conversion program.
