my mp4 player does not suppot videos not even .mp4 videos?

when I add videos and try to play it, it does not show the videos in the list.how can I play videos and can i get the software which got lost.my mp4 player is a infitek model number. Mp4-STML 18-2048. is there any thing that can fix this problem?

MAY BE YOUR MP4 PLAYER NEEDS SOMEOTHER FORMAT OF THE VIDEO TO DISPLAY IN THE PLLAYLIST OR TO PLAY. IF YOU HAVE THE DRIVER CD GIVEN BY THE COMPANY YOU HAD BOUGHT FROM PLEASE TRY INSTALLING IT AND CONVERTING IT INTO THE REQUIRED FORMAT.
